Signing in & recovery
Every team gets its own workspace at a dedicated address like yourteam.snippath.com— that's where you sign in. This page covers finding that address, signing in with a username or email, and what to do when a password (or the whole workspace URL) has been forgotten.
Your workspace URL
Your workspace address is chosen when the workspace is created — it's the Workspace URL from Quick start. Bookmark it, or better, install the appso it's one tap from your home screen. Signing in at the wrong address (a typo'd subdomain, a colleague's test workspace) is the most common reason a correct password "doesn't work".
Username or email — both work
The sign-in form accepts either your username or the email address on your account, with the same password. One caveat: email sign-in needs that address to belong to exactly one user in the workspace. If two accounts share an email (say, a manager also set up a shared front-desk account with their address), those accounts have to sign in by username.
Forgot your password
On your workspace's sign-in page, click Forgot password?and enter your username or email. If it matches an account in that workspace, a reset link lands in that account's inbox. The link expires after 1 hour and can be used once.
Forgot which workspace you're in
Go to snippath.com/find-workspace. You can type the workspace name to jump to its sign-in page, or — if you don't remember it at all — use Email me my workspaces: enter your email and Snippath sends a list of every workspace linked to that address, each with a sign-in link.
Still locked out?
Your workspace Admin can reset any user's password from User management. If the Admin is the one locked out, email supportfrom the address on the account and we'll sort it.
