Reports & CSV export

The Reports module gives you summary metrics and a CSV export of ticket data. Managers and Admins can view; Techs cannot.

Sidebar → Reports

The page has three sections:

  • Summary metrics for a configurable date range: total tickets, breakdown by status, breakdown by priority, average time to first action, average time to close, top reporters, top assignees.
  • By asset (if Equipment module enabled) — ticket count and lifetime cost rolled up per asset.
  • CSV export — download tickets matching the current filters as a CSV.

Filters

  • Date range — last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, year to date, or custom.
  • Status, priority, assignee, location, asset — same filters as on the All issues list.

Filters apply to BOTH the summary metrics and the CSV export — so you can produce, e.g., "all Done tickets in Q1 for Building A" in one operation.

CSV export

The CSV includes one row per ticket with columns:

  • Ticket ID, title, description
  • Status, priority
  • Created date, assigned date, closed date
  • Reporter name, assignee name
  • Asset name, location name
  • Parts used (semicolon-separated)
  • Total parts cost

Photos and comments are not in the CSV — they only exist in the app. If you need to archive a closed ticket externally, take a screenshot of the detail page.

Plan limits on date range

The Free plan limits reports to the last 30 days. Starter and above get full history. Check Billing & plans for current specifics.

Scheduled / emailed reports

Not yet shipped. On the roadmap — you'll be able to set up "Email me last week's ticket stats every Monday". For now, pull on demand.
