Changelog

Everything we ship, newest first. Snippath is built and run by a founder who reads every reply — if a release breaks your workflow or you want something that isn't here yet, email support and it lands on the roadmap.

  1. Parent equipment & sub-locations

Equipment can now have sub-equipment (a fire panel and its call points), with issue counts, parts costs, and labor hours rolling up to the parent. Locations nest one level too (building → floor), and the All issues list gained a location filter — picking a building includes everything on its floors.

  2. Sign in with your email

The username field now accepts your email address anywhere you sign in. Forgot which workspace you're in? The find-workspace page can email you a list of every workspace linked to your address.

  3. Recurring tasks: locations + checklists

Recurring tasks can now set a location on the tickets they create (or inherit it from the equipment), and auto-attach an inspection checklist to every generated ticket.

  4. Work timer & saved viewsPro

Start a timer on a ticket while you work and the minutes log themselves. On All issues, save any filter combination as a named one-click view.

  5. Custom workspace brandingBusiness

Put your own logo and accent color on the sign-in page, the public QR report form, printed QR labels, and the app header.

  6. Direct QR label links

Every piece of equipment now has a direct link to its own printable QR label — print one sticker without generating the whole sheet.

  7. Multiple photos on tickets

Attach several photos to a ticket at once, from the camera or your phone's photo library.

  8. Reports overhaul

The Reports page got KPIs (median time-to-complete, backlog age), inclusive date ranges, and richer breakdowns by location, equipment, and technician.
