How do I get help?
Email support@snippath.com with your question or issue. Include your workspace name and, if relevant, a screenshot. We reply within one business day.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and enter your email. You’ll get a reset link that’s valid for one hour.
How do I add my team?
An admin opens Users in the workspace and sends an email invitation. The invitee picks a username and password and is added to your workspace.
